Long ago, The Island Magistrate was formed. Members of the Island Magistrate have secretly controlled the tides of history for the greater good of humanity. Through the unbridled advancement of science and technology, they have distilled order out of chaos, ensuring there are no chaotic events that could lead to humanity's destruction. Special Agents are sometimes deployed by the Island Magistrate to ensure order and that there are no agents of chaos. Since the creation of the Island Magistrate, there have officially been no recorded “Chaos Agents.”
